Service Agreement
By engaging Snow Removal Chestermere for residential snow removal services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our monthly plans cover unlimited snow removal events throughout the winter season in Chestermere, AB.
Service Area
Our services are available to residential properties within Chestermere, AB. Service availability is subject to confirmation based on your property address.
Monthly Plans
Monthly plans are billed per month for the full winter season. Plans include unlimited snow removal events. Pricing is based on garage type (rear, double, or triple garage). All prices are in Canadian dollars.
Service Standards
We aim to clear your property before 7:00 AM following a snowfall event. Service times may vary during extreme weather conditions or high-demand periods. We clear driveways, walkways, sidewalks, and stairs as included in your plan.
Cancellation
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. Refunds for unused portions of a monthly plan are subject to review on a case-by-case basis.
Limitation of Liability
Snow Removal Chestermere is not liable for damage caused by pre-existing property conditions, hidden obstacles under snow, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We take care to perform services safely and professionally.
